It just depends on the look you want and your skin's condition. If your skin is clear and even toned, you should only put it in areas where you need it. The look you want to get is a natural one. Lines I work for like Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier have these great foundation sticks that you can apply just where you need them and they work fabulously! If you have uneven skin or are acne prone- a good concealer can spot treat those areas before and after foundation. Laura Mercier makes a fix it pencil that works wonders on blemishes!

Foundation should is fine on the entire face. Just make sure it the right shade for you. It should match your skin. Don't try to change the color by using darker or lighter. It should actually just even your skintone. Do NOT use on your neck.

What you should do is stop using foundation completely. People at my school always call this one girl fake because she practically cakes on the foundation and it just looks horrible. I mean, unless you put on your foundation subtly there's no problem. Otherwise, I think foundation is the worse possible idea to make yourself look better, because it does the opposite.

Put foundation on the whole face. Don't put it on the whole face if you don't have to cover things up everywhere. Just use a spot concealer, so your not masking your face. You have to let it breathe.

make sure to use just a little bit and blend, blend, blend. try to invest in some high quality foundation because u use it so often and blending with drugstore brands is a little tedious for me. yes, you are supposed to use it on your whole face, but remember why its called makeup. its supposed to let your beauty show through, not give u a gross mask

good luck hon

Yes, you should put it on your entire face. Put it on lightly and use concealer for blemish spots. Remember less is more when it comes to make-up.

You shouldnt need to cover your entire face with foundation. You dont want to look overly madeup. Just apply it wear you need (blemishes) and blend, blend, blend! You want a natural look.
