yes i watched on Rachel Ray show that it can work as a camera in the babies rooms so the parents can keep eye on them when they wake up or when they are in danger it is really useful but too expensive :-)

Most any Optical device can work, if, you can get the Computer to interface with it.
I have used many Digital Cameras (Some just a $15 child's toy) and assume the EyeToy could be made to work.

It is not intended for use as a normal PC camera, although some people have developed unofficial drivers for it.

I trying to find you a Driver. You can do a search; "EyeToy Drivers". I figure there one out there, you just have to find it and hope it free. Just be careful as to where you download from.
