The easiest way is to cut-and-paste (the old fashioned way) onto say a standard piece of paper and use a Xerox machine to reduce the size to your requirements - and then copy the copy to produce as many copies as you want. (The good thing is that you can have a number of mini-pages on the same normal sized page - copy this [doublesided copy] and you only need to cut them up and staple them producing your magazine)

If you're having problems with page numbering - just cut up a standard page of paper producing as many tiny double-pages as you think you'll need (staple at the centre) producing a tiny mock-up booklet - number these pages and you'll be able to judge how big your magazine is likely to be.

Example: Using this method for a 16 page magazine -

OUTSIDE INSIDE
---------------+---------------
pg 1 -16 + pg 2 - 15
pg 3 - 14 + pg 4 - 13
pg 5 - 12 + pg 6 - 11
pg 7 - 10 + pg 8 - 9

the page number for your magazine will always be divisible by 4!
