phpbb forum help please!!!!?

Question

i have treid creating forums on many free phpbb hosting sites and on every one i am able but once i sign in and try access the admin section it keeps asking me to sign in again and again and again i only managed to get it once and then when i did something it took me straight back to the forum what am i doing wrong i have tried accessing through many diff internet browsers FF Opera and IE is there somthing i must download?

i have checked that box several times i do it by reflex now

When you log into the forums, maybe checking the log me in automatically box would help.
