I do not know of any PC that will directly read a Micro SD card.

However, the card should have come with a Micro SD to SD adapter. Once you put your Micro SD card in there all you need is an SD card reader.

If you computer does not have one (just 'Gateway' is a bit vague) then SD to USB adapters are readily available and inexpensive.

Yes, you have to get a Micro SD Card Reader that plugs into your computer via USB and views it like a folder.
