After years of observation. I have come to the conclusion that ANY LEGISLATION PASSED AT STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL is passed for only a couple of reasons and those reasons have nothing to do with improving the lives of the American people but always to improve the size and numbers of corporate bank accounts and offshore numbered bank accounts of the bottom of the pond, scum sucking politicians we elect but who in reality represent Corporate interests. The more agencies, the more hands the taxpayers money has to go through increases the ability of our, excuse me, their politicians to siphon off a few millions along the way. Everything including most wars have nothing to do with freedom or anything else but everything to do about money. Look at Iraq. How many millions has Cheney's company made? No bid contracts, fraud, secret meetings at the White house. When I was in, it was save the Vietnamese people. Now, it's save the Iraqi People. The slogans change but the reasons never do.

You asked why the criminal justice system was the way it was, and go off on another tangent. We all know what this war was about, Bush wanted to get revenge on Saddam for trying to take out his father. Now, I don't blame Bush for that except, when you are the President of our country doing stuff for personal vendettas you cannot do. You drag along all the rest of America with you, just like he has.

As far as Cheney goes, well, this administration lied, cheated, stole, and did whatever they wanted to do because they put themselves above the law and no one had balls enough to stop them.

The courts are no longer interested in Justice. You know on the Supreme Court they have a writing that states "Justice, the Guardian of Liberty". That used to be true in America but sadly it no longer is. When you go into a court of law, they don't care if you are right or not. As a child you learn in the bible the age old story of a woman who's baby gets stolen. She finds the one who stole it and takes her to court to get her child back. The Judge said he would cut the child in half to see who was telling the truth. The real mother would rather have her baby whole and with someone else than cut in half. That is how the Judge knew who the real mother was. They teach that story in law school in Evidence class. Sadly Judges do not care about finding out about the truth. You have judges like Judy who are obnoxious and critical and don't care about anything except ratings. Other judges you see just care about who is the cleverest in their court; they admire sneaks. Unless you have money to hire investigators, or a good shark you will more than likely loose every time. Look at the judge who is suing for 60 million I believe against a dry cleaners. That should tell you what judges are about today. Justice is no longer to be guardians of our liberties because no judges any longer care about Justice.
