Well, some people think that it's stupid to change your name (I don't think so). What do YOU think?

i think they have the right to change their names

I think its ok sometimes its ok
but if you knew a person ur hole life as Brittney
and like 18 years later they change there name to Caron
then it would be a little ackward lol
but if the person was given a name " gertrude"
then they do have a right to change it to a more modern name

Ive know a couple of people that suddenly decided to change their name. I always thought it was a bit radical.

i had a friend in high school named Sarah. she was really "different". when she changed schools she changed her name to indigo. i do think that was weird. i think it would be different if you wanted to change who you are because of something traumatic in your life. i don't think you should change your name just because you don't like it, its who you are.

i don't think so....some people really don't like their name like me....and some people have to do it because of the law, like that witness protection thing.
