The c-clip holding the handle on is set in a groove on the handle...you'll need a small screwdriver and bend it at a 30 degree angle about 3 inches from the tip. Then push in on the door panel around the handle so you can see the clip if possible and use the screwdriver to push or pry the clip out of the groove. Or you can try to pull the clip out of the groove with a pair of needle nose pliers or a wire with a little hook on the end. You might want to look at a new one in a parts store to see how the clip engages in the groove. Some people just use a thin towel or t-shirt to snag the clip ears and rip it off and buy a new clip

if the center of the window crank handle doesn't come out then it has a clip on the handle against the door panel. kinda difficult to remove without a tool but it slides into grooves in the handle. hook it with a curved pick of some sort and pull the handle out while you pull the clip. installing it, put the clip on first and it will push over the window regulator splines.

the first thing you need to do is remove the screws from the inside handles and check for any other screws that somebody else may have added to secure panel. then take a flathead screw driver and pry out the bottom of the panel just enough to get your fingers behind it, then pull panel from door. it may sound like somthings breaking, but the plastic retainers are just pulling out of the door. then once all the retainers are out, lift up & pull out
