Yup - I'm a sucker for infomercials! I've purchased tons of things like magic bullet, pilates video, tony littles gazelle, turbo jam, etc. Honestly though, I've never been totally satisfied with anything 100% and none of the stuff lived up to the hype you see on the infomercial. The ad makes you expect so much, and when you don't get it, its disappointing. My best advice is to buy things like that at stores. Certain stores like Bed Bath and Beyond and Target, etc. sell the same infomercial products for the same price (without the extra free gifts that the infomercial people mail to you...which you never end up using anyways) - and this way, if you don't like the product, you can return it to a store rather than pay for the shipping and handling to send it back. Either way, I hope you're one of the few who actually end up liking what you got and get some use out of it. Good luck.

I did once. I lived in the south and we had those flying cockroaches (SHUDDER). I saw a infomercial about electronic bug zappers, the ones that emit a sound that no one could hear but bugs and rodents. So, I bought one, fast. At that point, I wasn't thinking about being ripped off, I just wanted the bugs out of my house. And guess what? That dumb thing that I paid $19.95 for actually worked. Freaked me out. I had 3 days of hell when I plugged it in ~ bugs everywhere (and all kinds), then none. I asked someone, and was told that the sound brought them out of hiding and encouraged them to leave. It hurts them. Anyway, I lost it in shipping and honestly wish I knew where to get another one.

After watching an infomercial for "The Firm", an exercise program featuring The Fanny Lifter, I bought it...never regretted it. I purchase many other DVD's and products from The Firm. It did more for me than any other exercise informercial because it only worked if you worked it HARD!!! If you were lazy, you got no results. I constantly got compliments on my figure because of The Firm!!

My Mother in law purchased a very popular Vacuum and when she passed away I ended up with it......I spend more time taking it apart then I do using it. Funny thing is it is apart again and all over the floor. Its belt slipped off and I need to put it around the roll *sigh* Worst purchase Evar!

definite. and that i regretted it. I have been given what i wanted yet they in no way gave me the greater desirable kit :/ the huge-unfold of the product replaced into quite keep high quality, yet like how they defined the product on television, it regarded like it replaced into use for something else.

I'm pretty skeptical so I have never purchased anything. I've thought about it! But never did it.
