My daughter is also 15. She wants her wedding to be chocolate brown and lime green. At first I though she was a little nuts, but she has shown me some pictures and it is really quite beautiful. Besides the beautiful chocolate brown bridesmaid dresses are actually ones the girls could (and would) wear again. None of this lavendar crap that the girls give to the nearest Salvation Army the day after the wedding.

Wedding dress an off white (that goes better with any color of skin). The bridesmaids dresses a light peach color. Your flowers should be peach colored roses with white baby breath in it. The cake should be white frosting with peach decorations. Of course you'll need a reception to go with that cake and you will need a good band or DJ and good food. I'll let you figure out what food you want and what type of music too.
Hope you project comes out well.

The bride usually wears white but the rest of the colours are up to the bridal party.

Most choose their favorite colours for the wedding party.

The groom should wear what ever colour looks best on him, usually black, white, light blue or a shade of gray.

The brides flowers should match the colours she chooses for her wedding party to wear so all the colours pull together and match.

a brides colors are very individual as seen by the other answers you have, most every bride goes through months of planning too get the color she thinks best exemplifies her marriage.
white is stilll the most common, every bridal magazine almost always has a very large selection of white gowns for the bride to be,many have various colors too suite individual taste.
white gowns tend to be cheaper because they are often stocked as opposed to colored gowns which are often only through special ordering.
i have attended a rainbow wedding in which the bride and groom wore yellow and the grooms men and brides maid's wore different colors!!!

It sorta depends on the time of year. For an autumn wedding, I would choose ivory, black and copper. For spring, sage green (along with the white and black of course) with little hints of a pale yellow. For summer, white, black and teal. For winter, white, black, pewter and majestic purple or burgundy. Oh, the possibilities are ENDLESS. When I got married, it was autumn and we used white, black and hunter green. All the guys had hunter green vests, except for my husband--his vest was pewter so that he would stand out from the rest of the male wedding party.

I think white would be my first choice if it was my first marriage. After that I would pick a pale pink or off white. They make such beautiful dresses for weddings now I dont think color is such a big deal anymore. I would think that whatever color you look best in would be what I would wear. After all it is your wedding day!!

Choose your favorite colors, and the colors of the season. Some people like soft/pastel colors. I like bold/iridescent colors, including a silvery, shiny white for the bride..

I had a black & white wedding. It wasn't a common thing at that time and it was pretty cool. If I were gonna do it again, I would do white and pink.

To some extent, the season kind of dictates what colors would be appropriate for a wedding.
