I think it depends on your point of view. but in all cases killing people wouls be worse..morally at least.

Your wife would think it was getting head from your secretary and actually your secretary might think it also (if you are coercing her to do it...)

In the abstract people do not think about killing others and stealing oil.. sounds like a reference to Iraq.. which is a government action.

I'm not certain on the oil part, But killing people (innocent men, women, and children) should be grounds for an impeachment and public hanging. Saddam got hung for the same thing bush is doing now. I'm lost here? Saddam, responsible for thousands of deaths of people who rose above him, tried to assassinate him. Bush responsible for thousands of innocent lives, but not just innocent lives over there...Our american soldiers are dying daily for what cause?
When you look at Clinton, you can't even compare the two US Presidents. Clinton was being a normal man...think about it guys. If you read some of the above answers, most people are not up to date on the issue. Telling a lie about personal business (any man would have lied about cheating on his wife) is accepted when compared to A sitting President lying to the US and the whole world about WMD in iraq to wage war on a country that was only a threat to itself.

Gee Bob, I'm gonna go with killing people and stealing their oil for 200!

I love your antagonistic line of questioning - lets watch the Republicans lose the plot with you!

Clinton's indescresion is none of our business, it should not have been brought up in court.

Bush's problem involved lying about a war and wiretapping.

I vote wiretapping as the worst crime...

Getting a BJ from one's secretary isn't bad at all, it only becomes so when you are caught.

Well since the second is not happening, I would have to go with the first and then lying about it under oath.
