A lot of players are complaining about the interleague games but I dont' agree...I love to see some of the match ups between the AL and NL - it is a nice change of pace and gives us fans a chance to see other great players that we don't usually get to see in action and isn't that what they are playing for in the first place, the FANS...anyone else agree?

I totally agree. I got to see the "infamous" Barry Bonds at Camden Yards in Baltrimore a few years ago. How else would that have happened?

For all of the things that Bud Selig is discredited with, this is one of the best things he ever came up with.

P.S....Pete Rose belongs in the HOF, without a doubt.

Interleague play is for the fans. They should expand it a little more. The match ups are great. And if your team is not doing well in a given year, at least you can see them play another team's players and get a little excitement.

I like interleauge because it gives me a chance to see my favorite team (Red Sox) play different teams and face new pitchers and pitch against different batters. Without it there wuld be no excitement when you team plays the same opponent OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.
Also, if the two teams from the world series have already played each other, the WS is intense!!!!

I'm for Interleauge Play but I can relate to some players feeling cheated. MLB should adopt the NFL mentality on scheduling. Where ea. div. will play another on a rotating basis.

I like the idea, but it isn't fair for the teams like the Braves who have to play the Red Sox twice, Minnesota, Cleveland, and Detroit.
