my reverse lights wont work/no power getting to bulbs

Toyota parts dept can tell you it's location...I believe it's on the trans but not positive. Could also be a bad ground or broken wire...see this forum post:

It's actually called a neutral safety switch. It controls the reverse lights, if it will start in neutral or park, ( that way you don't start it in Drive or Reverse. It is located on the transmission and you are looking around $300 for the part. Good luck. A buddy of mine actually removed his and tore it apart, cleaned it up and reinstalled with no more problems.

Earlier models had the reverse switch on the top of the gear box, but toyota in it's infinate wisdom decided in later models to incorperate it into the inhibitor switch where the selector shaft enters the gearbox, much more expensive to replace.
