That site has all sorts of really good CSS information which is easy to follow and easy to use.

There are tons of others but this one is good.
Just do a search for CSS liquid layouts you'll find several ways to do them.. Just be careful many only work correctly in one browser type. Some in IE others in Mozella etc. Get ones that work in all.
