What remedies can I do on my laptop screen which begins to have several white lines on it?

Send it for repair.

There are connections on the side of your LCD screen that connect to chips that actually drive the thousands of rows and columns of pixels that make up the screen. It sounds like some of the row drivers have either broken or become disconnected. It is not something you can repair.

In fact the repair center can not repair it, but they can replace the panel.
