whats the difference between cement and concrete?

whats the best way to make cement and concrete and the purpose for both of them thanks.

Typical cement mix is
I bag cement to 3 bags sand.
This mortar is used for building walls,etc.
Concrete mix is usually the same ratio as above but with an aggregate such as stone added to it.
This is typically used for laying concrete floors and screeds. hope this helps

you have to mix sand and cement (powder). i think it's 2 parts sand. 1 part cement. mix with water but don't make it runny. (just add more sand and cement if you add too much water.)
concrete is sand+cement+stone chippings. (3+2+1 parts).
cement is for flat finshing eg patio.
