where should more emphasis be placed on...gender discrimination or sex discrimination?

Gender and sex mean the same thing! Women are more frequently discriminated against and taken advantage of, regardless of race! It is however vastly different from sexual preference.

Definitely on sex discrimination. They really do mean the same thing, but just the word "sex" is going to generate a lot more interest than "gender".

There one in the same.
On some documents they ask your sex, while on others they ask your gender. Same same.....
