It's simple. it's a courtroom not a preschool.

because they never know what is going to walk through the door. When people are high or crazy, they are capable of anything.. the courts need to be prepared by having the procedures... if they were not strict, the criminals and others would think they were a joke and continue doing terrible things...How would we keep society safe then?

If you watched any of the OJ Simpson trial, you know how confusing and chaotic a trial can be even with the rules.

If there were no rules at all, where would we draw the line, at lawyers dueling? Use of bullhorns to shout over damaging testimony?

You might want to think about this question and see if you can't rephrase it, perhaps it's not as silly as it seems.

because they are supreme authority in a country and people and institutions expect such strict rules otherwise there will be bitter situation of law and order.

Just imagine the chaos that would result if there were no rules and procedures. tr would be pandemonium.

If they didn't the criminals would get out of control and have a higher chance of injuring some one.
