Goto www.belarc.com download the advisor run it on the infected PC print the report this should give you the product key along with a lot of other info

DON'T REFORMAT!! If you can't get your product key you can't reinstall Windows.
Instead do this. Go to : http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm?s_cid=sah
This is a free site run by Microsoft that will clean all the viruses and other crap outa your Computer for FREE!
Go there and select FULL SCAN. It will take a while but there will be no more viruses, spyware, malaware, registry errors or other "crap" on it.
