I am looking for a software that downloads pictures from Websites. I also want to give a minimum file size limit so that small pictures don't get downloaded. Do you know any?

Correction: I want to batch download all the possible images in a website. If its a Website for wallpapers, I want to download all the wallpapers of that website.

Try right clicking and save as if you dont see right click you may have view image as click that and save to your pc
you dont need software

instead of downloading try cut copy and paste!!!!!!!!!!!
