i have a rover 414 1998 k series engine and the immobalizer dont work it wont turn off sohow do i disable it,, please help?

I bet the system is Tevis or Lucas and you need a programed chip key to allow the body module to turn on the fuel system. While these systems can be disabled you might as well get it properly fixed. And buy the expensive keys and remotes. I have seen burnt out Body modules and ECM's that were dammaged by inexperenced technicians probing wires. One clever way was some taped a key chip near the imobilizer antennia and the system responded just like it had the proper key any time. All these systems are for anit theift. Also if the system is working in the USA we get 15% discount on car thieft insurance.
