Yes they do.
To the person above, C Ronaldo IS left footed. He can play with both feet, but he is naturally a LEFTIE. The reason why he plays on the right so much more is because the way that the teams are set-up, he tends to get the ball more on the right side, whereas Giggs gets it enough on the left side. Which is why it is the way it is. Otherwise, he plays on the left side a lot, including the FA Cup. But he tends to be able to play more on the right because he just gets the ball more on the right even though he is more gifted on the left.
Personally, I play winger on the left because although I can play with both feet, I am naturally talented on the left a bit more then on my right, but I can play right if needed, but why would I? There are enough righties in the world, it is more uncommon to come across someone who can play on the left.
Giggs plays on the left and sometimes he and C Ronaldo switch around, and same thing with Figo & C Ronaldo. It is a talent to be able to play both wings

Sometimes, as football positions have become less rigid. However, it's less likely to happen than right footers playing on the left wing because there are just less left footers. That means when a good one comes along, they tend to get put on the left side to give a team width. For example, England had major problems filling the left side of their midfield for years. Joe Cole plays there now but he's right footed.

Many left-footed players play on the right wing. You wouldn't want to try it for the first time in a game, you should try it a few times in practice first. Part of being a good soccer player is being able to do everything that you can do with both feet. You have to have two strong feet, not just one. It's kind of like a deck of cards. If one side isn't as strong as the other, it will collapse. Same thing with you feet, they both have to be equally strong.
