Cuz Fat and Ugly is treatable.
Rude really isn't, and tall people get back problems and (really!) have a lower life expectancy. Blond/Blue people tend to age poorly. So in a few years you would have a rude piece of leather with a back problem!

Neither one. Being fat may suggests a certain measurement of lack of self control and discipline. Lack of self control and discipline and body metabolism rate is directly proportional to how fat you are. But there is nothing wrong with being short and ugly. He didn't choose to be like that. But you never know if the nice guy would still be as nice and as humble as he is after a liposuction or over-all surgery and make-over.
But if you insist that I choose between them, pratically I'll choose the good looking rude guy. If appearance can be treated by science thus so one's attitude. Being rude is a response and response is a reaction to a certain action. There's a reason why he is rude. His reason for being rude may be correct or incorrect but I guess you'll forget all about his rudeness when your date ends up in bed anyway hehe.

Well.. true. Ugly and fat can be treated.. get a lipo or plastic surgery.. but bad personality nahhh.. impossible.

i would go for the hottie...until after a day i realized he was an ***. i would be friends with the fat guy until(if)i realized i loved his personality, then i would marry him. there is nothing better than someone who has a personality that complements yours perfectly!
