It doesn't sound like a hacker. Whoever had the computer must have created the account in the first place. You can also create a new account and delete the old one if you want. Depends on your connection to the internet, your computer is not generally the target of the kind of hacking you are thinking about.

If you are still concerned about your computer security, here are the steps you can take. Get a firewall for your computer, software, or a physical one to deter attacks. Update your computer with the latest patches from Microsft. Routinely scan your computer with Spybots and/or Ad-aware. Also get free version of AVG antivirus, which scans for viruses and malware alike. Hope this helps.

All files and folders created on your desktop are created in C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Desktop

If you are never prompted for username and password when your PC starts up this "Margaret Morris" might even be your user name.

Look under Control Panel > User Accounts
Here you can see all accounts you have.
If you want to create a new user this is the place.
To switch between users you need to choose Log Off under start or in Shutdown (Depending on your PC's configuration)
