Israel has constantly accused Lebanon as being the conduit through which aid to the Palestinian movement flows, which is probably true enough. They've invaded and bombed them countless times.

When Lebanon is in conflict, the other party to the conflict is usually Israel. And in those conflicts, Israel is always the aggressor and the invader, while Lebanon is always the victim who is being invaded. Israel's troubles with Hezbollah (and with Arabs in general) comes from Israel's oppression of the Palestinians, which is the First Cause of most of the troubles in the Middle East.
