I'm sure you really know the answer to your own question but you want to hear it again.Stop using credit cards for anything.Pay cash and if you don't have it you don't get it.Stop the unnecessary spending all together.If possible sell some of your junk and get some extra income flowing.

It takes years but can be done. For starters, order a 3 Bureau credit report with the FICO scores listed. Start at the top and review all information because there can be inaccuracies. Dispute any inaccuracies with the credit bureaus. Then begin with the cheapest thing you can afford to take care of and work from there. Arrange payment schedules for items you are delinquent on. They say it takes 5-7 years to completely restore your credit and I agree. Stay away from "debt agencies" because everything that they can do-you can do for free. Sometimes their tactics are illegal as well.
