It depends on the injury. Cats have been noted for eating certain plants that would induce vomiting. In primates, like the chimpanzee, gorilla, and ape, they have been observed using various plants for medicinal purposes.

Other than licking, they don't really treat injuries. Most animals try to hide them. They don't want to show that they are injured or they may be a target for pedators.

Birds chew off injured toes. Dogs and cats lick themselves.
When you think about it, cats and dogs have great immune systems.
