ozone depletion is caused by action of chlorine on ozone. chlorine is largely present in CFCs(chloroflorocarbon). it is produce from -
- AC
- REFRIGERATORS
- and from various industrial activities
chlorine continues to react on ozone. once it reaches ozone level it is tough to remove it.
