It seems like every third question is "is (enter name of male celeb) gay?". I think alot of young women and girls have crushes on these guys and are so concerned that they might be gay and it would ruin their chances of having some fairy tale romance with them. They blur the line of fantasy and reality. Why difference does it make if these people are gay, straight or bi? It's like "OMG, Channing Tatum is gay??! There goes my chances of marrying him!". Like these chicks are ever going to even meet these guys.

Maybe they don't like that fact that some of them could be potential role models for children and they don't want that role model to be gay. I have no clue. Personally, I would rather my daughter have a gay role model than her current one, Paris Hilton.
