my relationship with the violent farther of 1 but now I am doing what I should have done a long time ago and kicked him into touch the final hearing is in september is there any way that I can delay this to prove to social service that I will not have that man back in my life all I want is my children home

Contact Social Services straight away and tell them you have got rid of him. Clean your house. Keep it clean. Clean up your life. If you drink, stop drinking. If you do anything else illegal, stop that too.
Ideally you should have some sort of documentation to prove you did somehting to keep this man out of your lives. Can you get a barring, exclusion or restraining order?
Have you family back-up close by, like a mum or aunt or sister that you can bring with you when talking to Social Services?
Emphasise how anxious to are to be a family again, that you realise now that your children are the most important thing of all.

i dont know but staying away till september is one thing you have to stay away after that and never see him again its either that or your children go back into care you need to do whats best for ya kids hope you will be strong enough to stay away from him cause kids need their mother good luck and enjoy your kids

I doubt you can delay it. Let's see if you can stay away from him until september. You have to remember that its not ALL ABOUT YOU AND WHAT( YOU )WANT.
