I would definitely get checked out by a midwife, your doctor or the hospital. Especially if they have now stopped they could be nothing to worry about, false labor (Braxton Hicks) but its definitely worth getting checked; it will put your mind at rest to hear that baby's heartbeat.

I take it this is your first.
If they're 15 minutes apart there is nothing urgent. It's normal for labor to start and stop for a while, especially for a first baby.
How far along are you? You should call your doctor if you aren't due for a while yet. This is something he/she should know about.
It could also be false labour. The best way to find out whether is for real or not is this: go for a walk. False labour pains are worse when you lie quietly, and they will fade or stop when you are more active. If you walk around and things get more intense, it's most likely for real.
If it's real, congratulations! Continue to time them, and go to the hospital (or call your midwife if you're planning a home birth) when they are 5 to 7 minutes apart.
If it's false, go back to bed and get some sleep! Labor tends to start when we're most tired, so you'll want to get as much rest as possible in the next while so you're not dead tired by the time you give birth.
As I said earlier, if you're still early in your pregnancy, let your doctor know, even if the pains don't come back.

Just so you know... I'm a nurse and a pediatric nurse practitioner student- and you may be haveing braxton hicks contractions.... but since you have been having pink discharge you should go to your OB right away just to be sure everything checks out and to make sure you haven't ruptured your membranes (water broke) or that you don't have any other issues (like placenta previa).

The pinkish discharge is called a show, and that with the contractions, means the baby will be on the way soon. If at all worried see your doctor.

Got to the hospital I think its time if your indeed pregnant.. [depending on how many month although you could be having it prematurely too] although it might be pre-labor [it gets your body ready for the real labor which will come a little later on] or it could be the real thing has your water broke? cause if it has bee line to the hospital asap

You haven't provided enough information for anyone here to really help you, like how far along you are.
If the contractions have stopped, then don't worry about it just yet.

ok it sounds as if maybe you are in labour... as the pinkish discharge is your show... you maybe having braxton hicks my best advice is even if you are in labour wait as long as possible untill you go into the hospital.. your waters may not break... and wait untill the contractions get till about 5mins apart and are to painful to cope.

The pink spots can be a sign. Contact the hospital, your baby might be due soon.
