I would go with Evelyn rather than Eve or Eva....first of all because its a really beautiful name..but also because if you give her the full name...you can always shorten it later and call her Eve..or, the nice thing about longer names are..if she grows up and doesnt like Eveyln then she can shorten it down to soemthing different that she likes better..like Eve or Eva.
My names Victoria...and in grade school I liked going by Victoria..sometimes by Vicky..but now I like going by Tori. Thats just the kind of thing I like about having a longer name that can be shortened. :)
Personally of those combinations, my favorite is Evelyn Lucille. Evelyn Lucinda just doenst seem to flow as nicely. Evelyn Lucille is a great name! And I think that Lucille is a nice middle name too...it flows really nicely with any of the 3 first names your thinking about.
Also..the names are great no matter which surname you use. :)

Eva Lucille Stolady sounds very young and also will work when shes older.
or you can name her Makayla which i think is a very nice name. and it can be shortened to kayla for a nick name, or kay too.
like Eva. people would probably call her eve as a nickname. but i think you should name her eva because it sounds really nice with your last name. I'm not really sure about the middle name. it sounds good with both. but i like Lucille more.
