Is there any recourse (in court or otherwise) for my family against our neighbor and his family for blaring their horns multiple times per day when they pass our house? We know they are doing on purpose but I'm not sure if we can prove that in court. We have a shared easement and they have to drive past our house to get to theirs.

Execute an affidavit enumerating the acts of your neighbor constituting as nuisance and file a complaint in the Police Headquarters so that your neighbor will be investigated or monitored.

Videotape it a few dozen times, then get a lawyer to write a subtly aggressive letter and scare them out of the habit.

Alternately you could respond in kind...at 2AM.

...but my guess is that there's more to the story.
