my grandma brought me a pocket phone but i dont like it i mean im glad i have a phone. but i dont like the one that i have i wanna change my pocket samsung phone to a old sprint phone that i use to have.some people tell me to switch to cricket u could change it but i dont want to i wanna stick with pocket but i dont wanna buy a new phone cuz its to expensive! so can i exchange it??

Yes it is called an ESN, Electronic Serial Number, change. You can do it on line for serveral companies. It is an 11 digit number under the battery. On a white label. Transfer it back to your phone number. You may have to reprogram the phone as well.
if you cannot do on line tell the customer service personnel so they do not charge you $15-$20 fee for the ESN change.
