who knows.
make a space ship and go check it out. maybe you could reach a neighboring galaxy before you die.

I would say we are the main ego maniacs that every self respecting Alien would be wise to avoid. The universe is full of Stars and therefore Planets and therefore life(Given the right conditions for that type of life)We are animals and we have a kingdom called Earth,Only significant in the universe to us and the other species that inhabit earth at present.I can not agree that we are the only significant life even in our own solar system,as even some of our neighbours moons are capable of supporting some life as we at present understand it! We are still in the birth canal of exploration and understanding, our comprehension is limited by our experience.

For now human beings are the main species of the universe.
To find out if other solar system have an animal kingdom, then you have to spend millions of light years to find out!

Nobody can answer this question, the best I can do is give an opinion. Humans are the dominant species in this solar system, there may be systems where only wild animals exist.

Us humans are the dominant species here on earth. So far, we have found no evidence of current life anywhere in the universe. Statistically, with so many solar systms out there, life must surely exist.
If you believe the Bible, there ARE other intelligent life forms out there. (Job 1:6) Also it says somewhere "man was created higher than the animals and lower than the heavenly beings"

Human beings are the main species and have been defined by main religions as the ultimate and most perfect creation in the image of God
There are other creations like Jinns (spirit form), they can travel to outermost parts of universe. Prophet Solomon had control over them. Demons are a branch of Jinns.
Satan was a Jinn, before he was condemned for getting Adam and Eva out of heavens
Jinns existed before the creation of Adam.
Angels another form of creation
There are certainly other form of creatures in other parts of galaxies, which may have a different body structure and physical requiremnts. We need water and air to survive, they might be needing fire and rocks to survive, for example.
Even on earthe there are creatures which cannot survive in air alone (fish) and human beings can not survive in water.
So the idea of life based on oxygen and water is very primitive and immature, it is valid for our sysetm only. Considering this fact, thre are other life forms of life around us and in other places of galxies. they are unable to communicate with us due to our different forms of existance and limitations.
Yes, some of the other solar systems have their own life-kingdom to themselves. we will be able to judge that and find out in the next millenium or probably earlier

We dont know for sure if they do. B/c if you look in the sky you see alot of stars rite. well, they all are solar systems with planets revolving around them. So the chances that earth is the only place to have life is very low. So there is prob. life in neighboring galaxies. We are the only life that exist currently in our galazy (the milky way) that we know about.

Many worlds must exist.
There is only one Earth and Unique like every human there no others the same.
Mother Earth is unique and her children are just as unique.
Dimensions after dimensions each dimension is symbiotic in some way because the host is the universe. Everything in it has its part and must be related.

The answer is indeterminate. We simply don't have enough information to resolve the question. This is why we're sending telescopes into space to observe extra-solar planets to see if we can pick up indications of water or chlorophyll-like compounds that would suggest another living ecosphere like our own.

We don't know yet. There is constant research and test probes to all parts of the galaxy to find answers to this sort of question. It would appear unlikely that out of all the millions of stars(suns) that may have lots of planets around them that our planet,Earth, should be the only one that has animal life on it.As the distances are so immense it might be hundreds or thousands of years before a definite answer can be given to your question.
