I have read several articles about Endocervicitis and most of them are caused of bacterias that are sexually transmitted. But how about to those women who never had any sexual activities for the past several years? would there be any other cause of it? And is there a possibility that it may lead to endometrian cancer or some sort?

It is an infection of the incide of your uterus and yes, it can (but not necesseraly do) cause imfertility. Please refer to a gynecologist for PROPER agressive treatment.
