What a tough question, but one I'm giving more thought to than I do most questions...
I don't know if I have anybody like that. Maybe it's just because I can't let go of the idea of me being the one who watches over my family, but it probably has more to do with the fact that my only close friend likes to drink a lot of beer and can't be relied upon for even the most simple things.
I suppose I would ask my neighbors. They're very nice and very loving / giving people.

Well I am an orphan so I don't have to worry about any family members - I have absolutely no intention of having children. I do have a very loving boyfriend who puts up with me just as much as I put up with him.
If something happened to me I would want to know that he would move on. He is a strong man - he can take care of himself.
I'm not sure if this is really answering your question.

Not a family member? That's hard since between my husband and myself there is a large extended family...some of which I actually trust.
I'd have to say my friend Jenny and her husband, they are the only friends I have that have enough sense to care for my children properly.
