What causes the leaves on tomatoes to have rust spots ?

They then curl up underneath themselves and are droopy,
Any ideas how to fix them ?? other vegies in the same garden bed are doing well . Thanks for your help.

Rust spots are commonly thought to be caused by rust fungi that invade the plant through stomates or wounds. Water-soaked spots are frequently caused by bacteria that invade houseplant leaves via the same openings. A common winter problem, however, that shows the same symptoms, however, is not caused by a fungus or bacteria but is due to an environmental problem called edema. Plants that are overwatered are highly susceptible to edema. At the same time, plants that are properly watered but located in low light or cool areas are equally susceptible. Increase ventilation around the plant & don't over water(1)

Rust is extremely difficult to control. The most effective means is to identify the fungus early and remove affected leaves, including fallen leaf debris. The leaves should be placed in a sealed bag for disposal or burnt. Never place infected debris in the compost bin.

Rust can also be controlled with sulphur, and homemade sprays made from Chamomile, or a blend of Chive, Horseradish, Elder and Casuarina leaves. (2)

It sounds as if it is a bateria problem. "Soap Shield can take care of many bacteria problems. I also have used a product they sell, 'Copper' in a concentrate form, that works great on some bacterial problems. Soap Shield is one of their newer products and is often recommended for the tomato bacterias. Copper works good on tomatoes for early and late blight."
Use Green Light" as a fungicide. (3)

This could be caused by spider mites or a fungus called rust, rust is mostly found in the pacific coast and is spred by the wind from fallen leaves that have become infected. Spider Mites are Minute pest that suck the juices from the underside of your leaves and can be abundant the warmer the weather gets. If it is rust you treat it with a Fungicide and if it is spider mites treat with Malathion.
