Any shoe repair shop can fix that no problem. They can do it while you wait, and it's not too expensive!

Any good shoe repair store should be able to repair/replace the heels and make them good as new for just a few dollars. I've done it a number of times on shoes that I adore and cannot part with. Good shoes are worth taking to be repaired and keeping them.

Yes, go to a shoe repair store in your area (yellow pages) - they can replace the "lift" or heel for cheap, I don't think it costs over $10.

Yes, go to superpages.com and type in Shoe Repair, select your state and city. There should be one near you, and they do repair it neatly.

Depends on color and what they are made of. Ask a friend, or ask your dry cleaner who does good shoe repairs.

Maybe it would be cheaper to replace them.
