You are 4 or 5 feet tall? There is a big difference between 4 or 5 feet. It isn't a good idea to try to lose weight fast, either. You might lose it...but then gain it all back.

It is not healthy to lose weight fast...just start eating more healthy and be more active...losing weight fast is not healthy for your body and 9 out of 10 times people that lose weight fast end up gaining it back plus more...do it the right way...ask your parents to take you to the doctors and he can put you on a diet and exercise program that will help you

I know the easiest but also the hardest thing... I lost three kilos in three days im not bullsh****ng i was 53.3kilos and by the end of the third day i was 49.9kilos. Just eat fruits for breakfast and lunch i love rockmealon and watermelon so i would change each day and becasue they have natural sugars you dont feel worn down i even went to the gym each day a felt great. for dinner have potato wedges and only drink water. Its easy but the temptation of food i spose with every diet is hard. Honestly youll feel great!! GOODLUCK let me know how you go... team_pretty

Less and low calorie food especially in breakfast and more exercise in hunger.
