I have noticed that I induge in sex with my wife without actually having an intercourse. We have intercourse only once in a month or so but have satisfying sex almost 2-3 times a week without having intercourse.Is this normal?

sex without intercourse is normal as sex is not only having intercourse but feeling extremisim in relation from both the partners.

Everything is normal whatever satisfy you both. What ever you do in style, orgasm should be there and do not bother about the way it came. You can do it orally, or caressing each other, or manually stimulating each other in various styles...

yes, its normal if both of you enjoy it and are fine with it.
i personally dont really consider anything other than intercourse as "having sex", i call it playing around (fooling around).

hey.. yea the lady can get pregnant even without vaginal penetration.. while the boy ejaculates there are sperm that stay to tell the tale and can "run" into the vagina.. in case you have strange classes you may desire to purchase a try or have some pills to stay away from
