The correct answer is, Jason and I.

Look at it this way:

Suppose you use the sentence: "Jason and I went to the park today". You should be able to eliminate either person from the sentence, yet it still makes sense. So then, "Jason went to the park today" or "I went to the park today" both make sense. However, if you wrote the sentence, "Jason and me went to the park today", but you eliminated Jason from the sentence, then it would read, "Me went to the park today". So, "Me went to the park today" would be incorrect. Therefore, "Jason and I" is the correct answer.

It could be either - depending on how you use it. If you're asking about the subject of a sentence, it's 'Jason and I' - Jason and I went to the movie.

If you're asking about an object, it's 'Jason and me' - Fred gave Jason and me tickets to the movie.

The key is the speaker/writer always comes last. You and I or you and me; Jason and I or Jason and me.

We say "Jason and me", in real life, but it's actually correct to say "Jason and I."

Either one is appropriate, always put the other person first. Giving the importance to the other person. If you put yourself in the first position, that means you are self centered and have no respect for the other person. Besides it is not proper English to put your self first. In most cases it would be 'Jason and I'
