isn't it made of O3, isn't that very flamable and don't the spaceships have a bunch of fire following them though it?

No. Neither ozone nor oxygen are flammible by themselves. The have to have something to oxidize (which is called a fuel) and the process is called combustion.

You need to first understand the difference between flammable and inflammable.

A substance is flammable if it itself burns. On the other hand, an inflammable substance doesn't burn on itself but supports the combustion process.
