For example: "Yahoo! was the 'first' website 'to' offer free email signup." - Not sure if it's true but it is an impossible record to beat whether it was Yahoo! or another website.

they're probably all fair game.... but maybe something that has to do with a large group of people like most popular religion or most populated country...those probably will be broken eventually but not for a while.
