I guess your dog really likes her boss. Though I think most dogs get excited when people come over. New people to play with. Whether it be jumping for joy or wanting to attack. Maybe the boss smells like his/her pet or some kind of food, and that makes the dog happy. Dogs have a great sense of smell you know.

Maybe he/she can sense that her boss has a really awesome personality. Maybe he/she spoils your dog or your dog can smell another dog in her/his clothes and likes the smell.
