On hazel eyes? I am trying to look for a really pretty color (especially eyeliner) to match or make my hazel eyes pop out and look brighter. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! :o)

I have jet black hair and very fair skin, if this helps! Thanks!

I have a ring of dark blue around my iris, and the color of my eyes are light hazel/blue. What eyeliner would be the prettiest? And since I have black hair, should I use black or brown mascara?

Hazel eyes are usually a golden brown color. Depending on your hair and skin color, these colors will probably look great on you :
greens
purples
darker browns [ contast with the golden ]
blues?
grays?
Take a close look at your eyes - what color flecks are in the iris? And what color is the ring around the iris? These look great for everyone!
Add neutral mascara/liner, or colored for evening or special occasions.

Try the Almay Hazel Eyes Trio Shadow. Its a combination of three different shades. It comes with application instructions and it also tells you what eyeliner/mascara tint to enhance your hazel beauty.

i have hazel/green eyes. i get highly completed with maroon and grey eyeliners. nuetral eye shadows to enhance. keep the shadow light, for hazel eyes love to pop when not heavy on the color.

Try dark hunter green color or very dark violet one. Typically Dior makes good ones. You should stick with darker shades to avoid washed out look. But you did not mention your skin tone and undertone and your hair color because that is important.

try a brown and earth tone palette and gold eyeshadow, it really opens up your eyes, and then if you want something more dramatic try lavender tones with dark purple eyeliner or green
