I just saw episode 16 and I think that the bomb will go off and everyone in America will die except all the heroes and then they all get transported to somewhere in space where Sylar meets them and then it ends .. until next season

Hopefully the cheerleader dies so they all feel as if they have failed, and cease to go on, so the show can be discontinued.
