Hello!!!! Yes, my husband (Ray) and I (Joyce) have been married for over 35 years. When we first went online in the early days of the Internet, we did not know that we could each have a separate ID, hence the name. We still use this as our joint account.
The romance is still alive, but the quality of it has deepened and spread out like ivy covering a family mansion. We appreciate so much about each other now that we were not even aware of in our younger days. Is that because we become better people as we age so there is more to appreciate? Is it because we take more time now to discuss what we cherish about each other? Even we don't know.
I would say that regardless of what the norm is in society at any given time, if you go into marriage with the idea that you both are committed to each other and to making your relationship work, you can have a lasting and rewarding romance.

Yes. 11 years and even though the romance isn't like what it used to be, our love has grown stronger for each other on so many levels.

happily divorced after 18 years of miserable marriage.
My ex preferred to keep highly paid mistress on the side. The romance was gone out the door after the birth of our beautiful child

Yes, its been 30 years, don't expect a fevered pitch 24/7, but yes we still do little things for each other and we would rather be together than apart.
