First you need to change 64 K to celcius:
K = °C + 273
So 64 K equals -209 degrees °C.
Then you need to convert C to F:
°C x 9/5 + 32 = °F

Your Answer is : -344 °F

64K = 64 - 273 = - 209 C = - 209 X 9/5 = - 376.2

Add + 32 to this: - 376.2 + 32 = - 344.2 C

I have used 0 K = -273 C

If you use a more precise value say 0 K = - 273.15 C etc. you need to rework the above values but the method remains same.

Assuming k means Kelvin.

°F = (K × 1.8) − 459.67
= (64 K * 1.8) - 459.67
= -344.47 K
