sit wid yourself and remember the occassions when someone criticised you or when you were very much depressed. Your strengths n Weaknesses should be realistic . This shows the interiewer how much do you know yourself. as we know ourselves better than anyone . And if you cannot answer this question then the panel will consider that you havent made much research on yourselves..so all the best

Everyone has some weakness, but the idea in putting it in a resume is to show that this job will eliminate or help you to improve those weaknesses. Of course, these are minor weaknesses, not huge glaring things!

Example: I feel that public speaking is a weaker area in my current skills , but the opportunity to work for ABQ will give me an opportunity to overcome and improve my skills in that area.

I'm very goal oriented and find I can't relax a moment until I have reached my goals, etc.
